National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day is celebrated every year on April 30. The purpose of this day is create awareness of the thousands of animals that are waiting to be rescued from the shelters.  Making this day, the purr-fect day to add a fur legged family member.

Help HSoP celebrate National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day by sharing pictures of your adopted pet on social media using #AdoptAShelterPetDay. 


HSoP will be celebrating with ½ off adoptions as well as another $15.00 microchip day.


The full adoption care package is included with all adoptions: spay or neuter, at least first vaccination if not more, rabies vaccination, microchip ID, de-wormer and a seven-day health guarantee and foster period.
