To be considered for adoption, and to put an animal on "hold," you must submit a Pre-adoption Application. After you application is processed and approved, but before you take your new pet home, you will submit an Adoption Contract. You may print these forms out, complete them at your convenience, and bring them with you when you visit in person. Please remember to bring photo ID, and if your application address differs from that on your ID, you will need to bring proof of address, such as a copy or your lease, or a bank or utility billing statement in your name.

*All adoptable (healthy and good-tempered) and treatable animals are adopted and euthanasia is reserved only for those animals who cannot be rehabilitated or have terminal illnesses or injuries.
